Sixth DeafNET Africa Conference 2026

DeafNET Africa Conference is a multi-stakeholder opportunity and platform aimed at bringing together researchers, building relationships with the National Association of the Deaf (NAD), creating awareness of the needs and human capital of the Deaf community, facilitating networking and sharing knowledge and expertise.

Building on the success of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th DeafNET Quadrennial Conferences held in 2004, 2005, 2011, 2016, and 2022, respectively, in South Africa and Swaziland, the 6th DeafNET Africa Conference will be held in partnership with SVE that will be held in 2026.
